About Us
Our firm was founded in Clermont, FL on Jan. 1, 2025. We started small, in a one-room office. Because of our strong belief in service, integrity, and a "can-do" attitude toward the real estate business, our company is poised for greatness.
Our broker was born in Jamaica, WI, migrated to Belize, CA in 1979, and then to New York in 1982. In NY, he held licenses in Home Improvement, Real Estate, and Investment Banking (Series 7 and 63). He relocated to Clermont in 2003. After a successful career in real estate investment with his wife, in 2011 he obtained his real estate license. He also obtained a CAM license, but chose to remain in residential, sales and purchases. He obtained his Florida Real Estate Broker License in Feb. 2024.
